The Coleman Alumni Professional Society (CAPS), is a professional association that enables alumni to share their ideas and passion. Its mission is to provide members opportunities to enhance their information technology careers through continuing education and leadership development. The association’s primary objective is to foster the continuous success and advancement of its members by providing the tools and resources needed to enable them to emerge as leaders in their respective fields.

A signature is required on the Transcript Request Form to initiate the transcript request.

You must have a $0 financial balance before receiving an Official Transcript.

The turn-around time on Official Transcripts may be up to five business days. Grades must be posted by Instructors before all grades can be shown on your transcript. A fee of $15.00 must be submitted to Coleman University Transcripts (make out checks and money orders to Coleman University) for each Official Transcript requested.

Unofficial Transcripts may be obtained from the front desk or Student Services upon in-person request.
